Project Brief

The clients wanted to build on land in Oatley that had never been built on before to create a large 5 bedroom home for their growing family.

Challenges Overcome

An incredibly steep block which backed on to railway line presented access issues. These were overcome by implementing custom built winch and materials hoist in conjunction with negotiating access with Railway Corporation.
