Project Brief

Our client’s family had recently moved into this heritage listed house and wanted to increase their living space for their growing family. A rear extension was the solution engaging the services of AF Design. The rear addition incorporated a laundry, powder room, kitchen, dining/living area and a covered entertaining verandah.

Challenges Overcome

As the property was heritage listed, it was vitally important that the front façade was not damaged during construction.
